You may not use any intellectual property without the express written consent of Adplus. - You retain all rights to the content you upload or create using Adplus. By using our services, you grant Adplus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the services. 8. Termination - Adplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. - You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Adplus support. Upon termination, any outstanding payments due to you will be processed according to the usual payment schedule. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties Adplus provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adplus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10.
